Brain Brawn & Body Your Daily Dose May 3

Dear Reader:

It’s Friday y’all and I hope you’re ready to have a big weekend. You’ve earned it.

Take the time in between your golf or thrift store shopping or Saturday chores or Sunday worship to read a bit because, as I tell you in one of my two new blog pieces posted on Brain Brawn & Body this week, Reading is More Than Fundamental.

We can get so much from reading. It’s well worth your time.

In the second piece I wrote about women and their role in our world. It’s significant, to say the least. It’s entitled, Women Rule the World and I’m Ok With That; and I mean it.

Read it and tell me what you think.

My colleagues have written some interesting pieces for this month’s blog pages. Faithe Colas writes a witty tale that we all can relate to about aging and aching in, Getting Older is a Funny Joke Life Plays on Us.

Time and money is a little tight these days but you don’t have to leave your hometown to find wonder and entertainment. Cindy Wendland tells you how in Vacation at Home.

And Cindy doubles up this month too when she asks and answers the question, How Much Fruit Should You Eat a Day?  You may think your diet is spot on, but you could be eating a little too much fruit. Find out what’s good.

Save, Save, Save! is the advice Lori Geiss, our financial guru, gives to those looking to improve their financial health. Find Lori in our Blog section.

So, with the up and down weather trends, the most reliable thing you might find this weekend and beyond is Brain Brawn & Body!

I invite you to read, learn, enjoy!
