Dear Reader:

Fast Fact: A new study indicates that if we’d eat 10% less at dinner if at the start of the meal we’d think back to what we had for lunch that same day. Amazing, right?

Researchers from the University of Birmingham in England came up with this theory. The researchers say that unless we make a deliberate effort to think about what we’ve previously consumed, our brains and stomachs dismiss that information and signal us to eat more than we need.
