City Leaders to Kick off Men's Health Month
Mayor Barrett to dedicate month for promotion of awareness, services, and community events
aimed at improving men's health citywide
MILWAUKEE - As Men's Health Month is celebrated nationwide, Mayor Tom Barrett and city leaders, including Common Council President Willie Hines, Jr., Alderman Willie Wade, City Treasurer Spencer Coggs, and Commissioner of Health Bevan K. Baker, will dedicate the month to encouraging men of all ages to prioritize healthy behaviors.
The month will be filled with health-focused activities aimed at raising awareness for health disparities among men in Milwaukee and providing access to services.
